Q: What PDA devices will your software run on?

Our software runs on the Pocket PC devices running the Pocket PC 2000, 2002, and 2003 operating system. All titles also run on the new Windows Mobile 5 OS devices. Our software does not run on the "Palm OS" devices.

Q: Can I download a trial version before I buy it?

Yes, you can download a trial version from our home page. The trial version is full featured and will run for 14-days. After which, you will need to purchase a license to continue using the game.

Q: What different payment options do you have?

To make purchases from our web site, we use PayPal to process our Credit Card transactions. PayPal is a widely used payment system that allows you to make secured credit card purchases online. You don't need a PayPal account to use this payment option. If you do have a PayPal account, you can certainly use it to make purchases also. We can also accommodate purchases made by check or money order if you wish. Please contact us at sales@teeteesoftware.com if you would like to pursue that option.

Q: When I purchase your software from your web site, how soon will I get a licensed copy?

After you make your purchase, PayPal will authorize the transaction. Once we get confirmation of the completed transaction, our automated system will email you the software activation code(s). If you purchase using a credit card, this process usually occurs within 2 minutes.

Q: Where do I enter the registration code I received (via Email) to fully activate the game software?

After making your purchase of one of our games, you will receive a reg key code number via email to activate the software. What you need to do, is enter this 12-digit code number in the "About" screen of the game. This will convert the trial version of the software into the full version.

Q: I purchased software from your web site, however, I still haven't received an email-- where is it?

Some internet providers (such as AOL) have spam blockers in place that will prevent our emails from reaching your mail inbox. We suggest you check any defined "spam" folders to see if they contain our sent email.

Q: I've sent you some emails but haven't received any responses-- what could be happening?

As stated in the last question, some internet providers may block our emails thinking they are spam. If you think this is the case, try sending us an email from a different web account (e.g., a free Yahoo.com or Hotmail.com account) and see if that works better for you.
